With the approval of National Industrial Management Administration,China Packaging & Printing Industrial Base (the Base ) was founded in 1999 and is jointly run by Zhang Jia Bian Enterprise Group Co., Ltd and the Administrative Committee of National Torch High-tech Industrial Development Zone of Zhongshan.

A lot of packaging and printing enterprises have invested in the Base. The main enterprises which have set up businesses here include Hong Kong Hung Hing Printing Group, Da Lian Shengdao Group, Yucheng Plate-making Group, Japan DIC, Taiwan Yong Feng Yu, French Cebal, Singapore Amcor Flexible, etc. Up to now, there are over 50 packaging and printing enterprises in the Base, which touch upon various packaging fields of paper printing and packaging, plastic packaging, recycling packaging, packaging material, printing and plate-making, etc. The annual sales exceed 3.5 billion RMB.

The Base covers a total area of 5,000 mu, in which the first construction phase covering 3,000 mu has been developed. A comprehensive packaging & printing base is taking its shape.

Enterprises engage in the following categories are welcomed to invest in the Base: packaging & printing material, packaging & printing equipment, recycling packaging or other low pollution packaging.
