2. Choose the formal name of Zhongshan Business, and confirm its business type (JV, Sino-Cooperative Enterprise, or Sole foreign Invested Enterprise ), total investment, registered capital and capital usage (flowing capital and equipment purchase).

3. Confirm the following information of Zhongshan Business: business scope, business scale (estimated annual output or sales value), unit price of products, export ratio, the name and price of needed materials, chart of processing, equipment list (local and import), estimated number employs.The numbers of the Board of directors, and representative number of investors, number of chairman and vice chairman of the Board of Directors.

4. Factory area, factory location, copies of real estate certificate, factory building leasing contract of Zhongshan Business.

5. The Bank Advisory Identification for foreign investors.

6.The name, address, phone number of the contact person for Zhongshan Business.

7. The name list of the Board of Directors of Zhongshan business, and the title, copies of ID cards (with signature on the obverse).

8. Confirm the legal representative of Zhongshan Business, and the profile, address, phone number, a photograph of the legal representative.
