1. Zhang Jia Bian Enterprise Group Co., Ltd can provide new plant buildings for the investors to rent or buy, according to the investors needs.

2. The foreign investors may make suggestions on the design and structure of the plant building in accordance with their own requirements and needs so as to ensure the best effectiveness of the plant buildings.

3. The specification of the standard industrial plant building:
Load: 600KG/square meters for the first floor (the Ground Floor), 500KG/squre meters for other floors.
Height: 4.5 meters for the first floor, 4.0 meters for other floors
Floors: Plant building: 3-4 floors (or one storey if needed), Dormitory: 5-6 floors
Internal column spacing: 6 meter × 10 meter
Power Supply: Power supplied to the general transformer room, the investors will be responsible for the distribution of the electric wires.
Water Supply: comprehensive water supply facilities
Dormitory: 40 square meters for a single room with a separate toilet (for 8-10 persons)
Zhang Jia Bian Enterprise Group Co., Ltd will be responsible for the construction of road, green area in the factory area, walls around the enterprise and the automatic main gate.

4. Rent and Selling Price of the Standard Industrial Plant Building

Rent of Standard Multistorey Plant Building: RMB 11-16 yuan /m²/mth, and RMB 15-20/m²/mth for one storey plant buildings.

Selling Price of Standard Plant Building: RMB 1500 yuan /square meters

If there are special requirements on the specification (height, load or column spacing, etc.) of the plant building, the rental or selling price will be set based on mutual agreement.
