High-tech projects, World Top 500 corporations, or those whose total investment over 30 million US dollars can get a discount rate.

Zhang Jia Bian Enterprise Group Co., Ltd. shall ensure the leveling of the land and the connection of urban utilities including the construction of the roads outside the enterprise, water supply, power supply, telecom connection and sewage system.

If the foreign investors design and build the plant building on their own, the design and construction shall follow the requirements of the Land Use Plan set by Zhongshan City. The basic requirements are as follows: Building Density: ¡Ü 30% Dimensions Ratio: 1: 1.5 Green Area: ¡Ý 30% (Calculated based on the overall area of the land)

The construction period for the standard industrial plant building is about 6-8 months.

For the investors who build their plant buildings on their own, they shall be responsible for the construction of the walls and roads within the enterprise. They shall pay half of the cost of the walls, which they share with their neighbour enterprises.
